A step by step walk through for adding a new email account using Microsoft Outlook 2007 email client.
1. Start up Microsoft Outlook 2007
2. Click on Tools under main menu bar
3. Click on Account Settings
4. Under Accounts Settings click on New...
5. Under Add New E-mail window click on Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next >
6. Select the first option Internet E-mail: Connect POP, IMAP, or HTTP server to send and receive email messages. Click on Next >
7. Fill in the required fields Click on Next > Click Finished
Note: Incoming mail server is always mail.yourdomain.com. e.g. If your domain name is bitebankdental.com in the field you would enter mail.bitebankdental.com
Outgoing mail server is the same as Incoming mail server. Port 25
If you selected the Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) box both Incoming/Outgoing mail servers are host.bitebankmedia.net
Mail Server Username: name@yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) host.bitebankmedia.net
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (server requires authentication) port 25
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) host.bitebankmedia.net (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
